Book of Inspiration Workshop

Hi Everyone,

I am writing to tell you all about an amazing new
project that Space for God has been given funding for.
I have been employed to work with Steph to assist our
community in creating a “Space for God Resource Scrap
Book”. This book could have many uses- a resource for
inspiration, a tool for recording, reflecting,
reminiscing, a way for us to communicate our ideas and
plans. This book could be a real reflection of our
community: a colourful collective portrait of Space
for God that can be continually contributed to (so
changing shape as our community changes.)
The scrap book could include sections on prayers (of
all different forms), songs, reflections on past
themes that have inspired people, past events/retreats
(including any photographs taken), fundraising ideas,
future issues/themes people are interested in
discussing, social justice and whatever else anyone
can think of!
If this book is to echo the many different shapes,
colours and characters in our community then it would
be great if all of us contribute our own little
flavour to it. We will be organising workshops for
brain storming and creating.

The first one will be held on
Sunday 17th Feb
3.30- 6.30pm
Chester Street Uniting Epping

You don’t have to be “arty” to contribute. Any ideas
are welcome- no matter how silly and not well thought
out!
